Multi turn lock (MTL)
The Multi Turn Lock (MTL) series provides secure interlocking for multi-turn valve applications such as Gate, Globe, Butterfly and Ball valves with gearboxes. Multi Turn Interlocks are essential for ensuring the hand wheel or gear operated valves are locked in either the open or closed position enhancing safety and operational control.

Specifications
- Models: Available in three Models: MTL-S, MTL-L and MTLS-S.
- Operation: The MTL Interlock can be easily mounted on valves allowing them to be locked in either open or closed position by removing a key. This ensures the valve is securely locked in the desired position.
- Field Adjustable Mechanism: The number of rotations varies for different valves. The MTL Interlock features a field adjustable counting mechanism to synchronize the opening and closing of the valve by adjusting interlock settings at site.
Installation:
- Live Process Installation: Can be installed on the valve during live operations without needing to shut down the system. This process does not compromise the system’s certified pressure envelope.
